Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order's data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.  

Cancellation

A consumer may cancel his or her order in writing, by e-mail or by return of the goods within 1 month. You will receive a printed copy of this information on the the right of Cancellation together with the ordered goods.  Cancellation shall be timely if sent within 1month after receiving the goods and the printed information about the right of Cancellation.

Upon exercising his or her right of cancellation the consumer is obliged to immediately return the goods at our expense (for orders with a total contract price of more than 40EUR) and risk. For orders with a contract price of under 40EUR, the consumer must bear the cost of returning the goods to us unless the delivered goods are materially different from those ordered.  The consumer has to return the goods  in substantially as good condition as when received. For incomplete return and damage of the goods compensation has to be paid by the consumer.  This does not apply if  damage occurs only through examination of the goods as it would be possible in a regular shop.

The method of shipping shall be approved by us before sending off the goods. For consumers from other countries than Germany there might  be alternative return addresses to reduce shipping expenses. We will inform you about the most convenient return address in case of a cancellation.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.

Copyright - intellectual property

The German "Urheberrechtsgesetz" applies.

 HC Biovision, Dr. Christoph von Horst (HCB) remains intellectual property and copyright of all its anatomical demonstration aids in terms of the "Urheberrechtsgesetz". „Anatomical demonstation aids“ in the context of these terms and conditions are all items produced by HCB no matter in which technical or media shape ( including pictures, digital photographs, prints, videos, etc. thereof).
Anatomical demonstration aids produced by HCB are only for the personal use of the customer. The right of using the anatomical demonstration aids for any other than personal use has to be agreed on explicitely by HCB. The customer has no right to copy the demonstration aids directly or by any means. This includes taking pictures of the anatomical demonstration aids for other than personal use.
If the anatomical demonstration aids are exhibited in public or published in print or digital media HCB has the right to be mentioned as the producer.
Casting shapes, copies, digital photographs, etc. of anatomical demonstration aids produced by HCB remain property of HCB. Unless agreed on otherwise before, HCB has the rigth to use copies and pictures of anatomical demonstration aids for all purposes, including selling these to other customers.
